The reservation deposit is fully refundable and is intended to secure your priority access to upcoming TG Caddies products. This deposit does not constitute a purchase contract or a guarantee of delivery.
2. No Obligation to Purchase
Placing a reservation does not obligate you to complete a purchase. You may request a full refund at any time prior to confirming your final order. Should you choose to proceed, the reservation deposit will be credited toward the final purchase price.
3. Product Status & Specifications
TG Caddies products are currently in the development and pre-production stage. Final specifications, designs, pricing, and delivery timelines are subject to change and will be confirmed prior to mass production.
4. Refund Policy
Reservation deposits are fully refundable at any time prior to final order confirmation. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method. If you require assistance with a refund, please contact our support team at support@tgcaddies.com. Refunds are typically processed within 5 to 10 business days.
5. Right to Cancel
LYCAF Technology Co., Ltd. reserves the right to cancel any reservation and refund the deposit in full at its sole discretion, including but not limited to product discontinuation or production constraints.
6. No Investment or Security
This reservation is solely for the purchase of a commercial product and does not represent an investment, security, share, or ownership interest in the company.
7. Governing Entity
TG Caddies is operated by LYCAF Technology Co., Ltd., a company incorporated in Canada.
